Karni Mata App

Karni Mata Temple is a world famous temple which is located in Deshnok, 30 km south of Bikaner in the Bikaner district. This temple is also famous as the temple of rats; these rats are also called Kaba here. Around 25000 rats (Kaba) are found in this temple. Seeing the white Kaba has great significance. The idol was installed on Saturday, Chait Sudi Chaturdashi, 1595 AD, in the Uttar Phalguni nakshatra. The idol made by a blind carpenter was installed in his dome and today the descendants of his four sons have been worshipping it.
